Paul had taken Rory Burns wicket on the first ball of the day but could not last for long.On the other hand, medium pacer Darren Bravo also suffered an injury in the left first finger while batting on Day 2 and did not take the field on Day 3 as he was being attended by physio Khevyn Williams and Shamarh Brooks came on as substitutes.During the 14th over on Day 3, Keemo Paul was seen in some pain, lying flat on his back beyond the boundary line and after the physio attended to him, he was taken off on a stretcher.
