Banana benders aghast at stolen mango

The replica mango, which is 33 feet tall, 26 feet wide and weighs seven tons, was stolen in the dead of Sunday night by fast food chain Nandos as a publicity stunt, the Daily Mercury reported. Thieves that stole Queensland’s Big Mango, the star tourist attraction in the City of Bowen, have come clean. Germanwings will be launching a new direct flight

first_imgGermanwings will be launching a new direct flight from Sarajevo in Bosnia & Herzegovina to Cologne-Bonn, Germany in August.The new route will be launched as part of the airlines winter timetable for the 2008-09 season, beginning in mid-August.Another service from Stuttgart, Germany to Sarajevo has also been announced.However, this route will not begin service until October 27th.Germanwings recently unveiled a new baggage policy in a bid to reduce fuel consumption by reducing aircraft weight.Those checking in heavy luggage will now be landed with a surcharge of €5 for each item.However, as a counter measure, the airline has also increased the excess luggage allowance from 20kg to 23kg per passenger.These measures came into force on all flights booked after May 19th, although those travelling with hand luggage alone will not be affected by the new charging system.
